The plan price is only part of a WhatsApp API bill. Seats and the markup on Meta's per-message rate decide what you pay at scale. Figures below are from each provider's public pricing page, checked on 12 September 2026 — please re-check before you buy, prices change.

Pricing questions, answered
Yes. Standard comes with a 14-day free trial, and setting up your workspace and connecting your number is free with no card. You pay only when you choose a plan.
Quarterly. Plans are billed upfront for three months at the quarterly rate (₹5,000/month for Standard in India). Half-yearly terms are 10% lower and yearly terms 20% lower (₹4,000/month for Standard, ₹48,000 a year).
No. INR prices are exclusive of 18% GST, which is added to your invoice. AED and USD plans are invoiced from India as a zero-rated export, so no Indian GST is added. Taxes in your own country — for example 5% UAE VAT under reverse charge — are not included.
Meta bills per delivered template message at its published rates — in India ₹0.8631 for a marketing message and ₹0.115 for a utility or authentication message (July 2026 rate card, before GST). Until 30 September 2026, replies inside the 24-hour customer service window are free. From 1 October 2026 Meta charges for service messages — your own non-template replies — after the first 1,000 delivered per business phone number each month, and for utility templates sent inside that window; in India a service message is ₹0.115. You pay these charges to Meta directly, at Meta's published rates, and Zappio adds no markup.
Not inside your plan's seats. Standard includes 6 logins and Premium includes 20, and nothing is charged per user within those. An extra login past the included count is ₹400 a month, though moving up a plan is usually cheaper. Compare that with per-user pricing elsewhere, where every added user is billed.
Standard includes 10,000 conversations a month and Premium includes 100,000. If you are regularly above your allowance, message us and we will look at your volume together and move you to the right plan.
Yes. Plans are priced in INR, AED and USD, set per currency rather than converted. The page opens in the currency for your region — rupees in India, dirhams in the UAE, US dollars elsewhere — and you are invoiced in the currency of the plan you choose.
No. Workspace setup, connecting your WhatsApp number and migrating from another provider are included, and there is no fee to obtain the WhatsApp Business API through Zappio.
Enterprise is quoted per business rather than listed. Tell us your monthly volume, seats, numbers and brands and we'll put a price together — at that scale it is usually better than the listed plans. It removes the ceilings in Premium and comes with a named account manager.
Email marketing is priced for the size of your list, so tell us how many contacts you have and we'll quote. It runs on the same customer profiles as your WhatsApp inbox, and journeys can mix email and WhatsApp.
