Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Zappio platform operated by TABSYST ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS LLP. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
Zappio is a multi-tenant business messaging platform that lets your team send and receive messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform, run automations, and integrate with tools such as Shopify.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for everything your team does in the workspace.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
- Owners and admins are responsible for the team members they invite.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Zappio to:
- Send unsolicited messages, spam, or content that violates Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy or Commerce Policy.
- Engage in fraud, harassment, illegal activity, or distribution of malware.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to circumvent the platform's security.
- Use the service to compete with TABSYST ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS LLP by reselling raw access.
4. WhatsApp & Meta compliance
You acknowledge that messages sent through Zappio are subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform terms and policies. TABSYST ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS LLP may suspend access to any number that Meta flags or rate-limits.
5. Plans & billing
Plan, usage limits, and pricing are described separately. You will be invoiced according to your plan. Conversation-based charges set by Meta on the WhatsApp Business Platform are passed through.
6. Intellectual property
The Zappio platform, including code, design, and content (excluding your data), is the property of TABSYST ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS LLP. You retain ownership of all data you submit and the content of messages flowing through your connected numbers.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted delivery — message routing depends on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and other providers.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TABSYST ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS LLP's aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time by writing to [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or Meta's policies.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kerala, India.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days before they take effect.
